We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Assistant cum Customer Support representative. This dual-role position requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Office Assistance**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in office administration or customer support roles preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
**Work Environment**
- Full-time position in an office setting.
- May require occasional travel for meetings or client visits.

Pay: ₹8,113.10 - ₹15,000.00 per month
