**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**

**Location-Malad, west,mumbai**
**Reports to: Director**

Job Overview:
**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT -PROFILE**
- Handling CRM (ERP)
- Active engagement with key customer accounts.
- Creating weekly reports on customer service performance metrics.
- Managing website SEO, ensuring regular updates.
- Managing and updating the Company's LinkedIn page.
- Managing India Mart as a third-party platform.
- Conducting weekly sales review meetings with the sales team and providing performance feedback on a monthly basis.
- Generating sales improvement reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Compiling purchase reports similar to sales reporting.
- Conducting F.G. (Finished Goods) inventory reviews with the sales team on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conducting monthly reviews of competition using Exim data.
- Analyzing raw material price trends.
- Generating MIS reports for daily, fortnightly, and monthly sales revenue.
- Conducting data mining and analysis tasks.
- Managing WhatsApp status for sales team (new Product Launch)
- Blog on products
- E-promotion of product during exhibition.

**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT-PROFILE**
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Facilitating virtual meetings through platforms like Teams and Google Meet.
- Managing self-correspondence with confidentiality.
- Organizing client meetings and executing administrative tasks.
- Handling calendar management, filing, records maintenance, and bill payments.
- Participating in exhibitions, managing international guests' itineraries.
- Documenting minutes of meetings and participating in ISO audit meetings.
- Proficient in using MS Office, 365 Suite, and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Managing registrations for workshops, conferences, and seminars.

CTC- 5 to 6 lacs Per Annum

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
