Pixxel is a space data company building a health monitor for our planet. We're deploying a unique satellite constellation of the world's highest resolution commercial hyperspectral imaging satellites in space. The space department of Pixxel comprises of some of India's best engineers and scientists developing cutting-edge technology everyday. You will work as an associate to the company's founder and CTO to ensure efficient execution of the company's technology strategy on a day-to-day basis.

Roles/Responsibilities:

- You will assist the CTO in coordinating with and aligning internal stakeholders of the space department at Pixxel.
- You will assist the CTO in technical proposal writing, feasibility studies and other mission-oriented industry research. You should have strong project management skills and be able to build models for managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- You will be responsible for monitoring industry and global trends for emerging technologies for Pixxel's use.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining general technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Basic Qualification:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Aerospace/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a Masters degree in Physics with at least 5 years of experience.

Skills/Requirements:

- Attention to detail: Space systems are complex and require meticulous attention to detail. You should be good at risk assessment and modeling multiple scenarios.
- Analytical skills: You will be required to analyze complex systems and data to identify and solve problems. You should be comfortable with mathematical modeling, simulation, and analysis.
- Communication: Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication. You will be working with a team of engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders and will be required clearly to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (and in some cases business requirements to technical stakeholders) and work collaboratively with others.
- Proven experience and track record in creating and executing strategic technical programs.
