Job Description: Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Company Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our dynamic team and lead the technological vision of the company.

Position: Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Bengaluru

Equity: Equity-based compensation

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the company’s technological strategy in alignment with the business goals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to establish short-term and long-term technology objectives.
- Drive innovation and provide technical direction for product development and research initiatives.

Product Development:

- Oversee the development and deployment of Battery Management Systems (BMS), Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Energy Management Applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of hydrogen fuel cell technologies and other alternative energy solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of all technological systems and processes.

Team Building:

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
- Provide technical guidance and career development opportunities to team members.

Research and Development:

- Identify emerging technology trends and evaluate their applicability to the company’s goals.
- Spearhead R&D initiatives to enhance current products and explore new market opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, industry experts, and other relevant organizations.

Investment and Funding:

- Work closely with the executive team to develop fundraising strategies and pitch to potential investors.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, investor meetings, and other relevant events.
- Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and regular updates on technological progress.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS), Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Energy Management Applications.
- Strong background in hydrogen fuel cell technology and alternative energy Technologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role within a technology-driven environment.
- Experience in developing and scaling hardware and software solutions in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and market trends in energy management and storage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a visionary mindset to drive technological innovation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹13,824.54 - ₹81,847.24 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
