Hello
**What you will do**:
- Curriculum design for courses aimed at kids and adults in an offline group class format.
- Design practical learning solutions and resources while partnering with Flurns teacher network to transfer relevant knowledge and tools into practical learning resources (learning courses, plans, reference guides and tools)
- The content & curriculum design should use best pedagogical practices - identify key learning objectives, use lesson flow that enhances students' learning and use appropriate visual aids such images/diagram/Gifs etc
- Train in-house and freelance teachers to make delivery of content and curriculum according to user needs.
- Coordinate with the graphic media team to create necessary visual aids to be used in the content.
- Plan and execute projects to meet timelines. Be responsible for achieving learning experience and learning outcomes
- Analyse the performance of content/curriculum using data tools, and work on quality of content according to user feedback
- Share back best practices with the Flurn teachers community and help establish sustainable and scalable L&D assets & processes.
- Drive and own the quality of new/existing teachers and classes by implementing relevant QC processes including spot checks across Flurn’s various learning centres.

What you need to have
- Prior experience with curriculum development
- Excellent Communication - Oral & Written
- Experience in education & e-learning a plus
- Strong planning & execution skills
- Enthusiasm & right frame of mind to work in a high growth & fluid role
- Any professional degree with top notch acads
