**What will you be doing?**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents and records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
- Track and categorize company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Help prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support payroll preparation by gathering and verifying information.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial queries.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for financial documentation.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team.

**Requirements**:
**What will you bring?**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles (experience in finance roles is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Must be able to work EST timezone
