Job Description: US Mortgage Subject Matter Expert(SME) // SPE Location: Mumbai Work Arrangement: On -site / 100% WFO Experience : Minimum 4 years for SME // Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for SPE Shift: US Shift (from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM ) // Cab facility will be provided. Skills : Experience in Foreclosure mortgage Education : Any graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred) Responsibilities: Manage foreclosure timelines and activities in compliance with investor/insurer (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA) guidelines and state regulations.Review and process foreclosure files, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal stakeholders to move loans through the foreclosure process.Monitor foreclosure milestones and proactively address delays or exceptions.Validate borrower communication, legal notices, and foreclosure sale details.Ensure accurate reporting, system updates, and adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements.Handle escalations, audit queries, and quality checks as per client requirements. Requirements Requirements: Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred).2–6 years of experience in US Mortgage Foreclosure process.Strong knowledge of foreclosure regulations, timelines, and investor guidelines.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work in a high -pressure, deadline -driven environment.Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP/Black Knight, FiServ, LPS).
