**Position: Paid Media Executive (Facebook & Google Ads)**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Planning & Strategy**:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies for Facebook Ads and Google Ads to achieve business objectives, including increasing website traffic, generating leads, and driving sales.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Campaign Execution & Management**:
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Create effective ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to engage the target audience.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- **Budget Management**:
- Allocate and manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while staying within specified limits.
- Monitor daily and monthly spending, ensuring optimal performance and budget utilization.
- **Audience Targeting & Optimization**:
- Perform detailed audience research and create custom and lookalike audiences for Facebook.
- Optimize campaigns using Google’s targeting features, including keywords, placements, and demographics.
- Continuously refine targeting strategies based on performance data.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to assess effectiveness.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Collaborative Content Development**:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, including images, videos, and landing pages.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- **Stay Updated**:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and policies for both Facebook and Google Ads.
- Experiment with new tools, features, and ad formats to improve campaign performance.
- **Cross-Platform Synergy**:
- Ensure campaigns on Facebook and Google complement each other, driving a unified customer journey.
- Leverage insights from one platform to enhance the performance of the other.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Google Ads tools.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering significant ROI.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for performance marketing.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
