Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and develop segmented marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and targeting.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate budgets for paid media campaigns.
- Ensure efficient use of budget to achieve maximum exposure and conversions.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to discuss campaign progress, insights, and future strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- **Industry Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
- Experiment with new platforms and advertising methods to continually enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Google Ads: 1 year (preferred)
- Facebook Ads: 1 year (preferred)
