**Job Title: Paid Media Executive**
**Overview**:
As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing campaigns through various paid channels. You will be responsible for optimizing the performance of paid advertising efforts, managing budgets effectively, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. Your focus will be on achieving target ROI and maximizing visibility and engagement for our brand or clients across platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and more.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet predefined KPIs and objectives.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for improved performance.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage allocated budgets effectively to ensure optimal utilization and ROI.
- Regularly monitor campaign spend and adjust budgets as needed to maximize performance and reach.
- **Keyword and Audience Research**:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant search terms and audience targeting opportunities.
- Utilize audience insights and segmentation to refine targeting strategies and reach the most relevant audience segments.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media advertising.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and improvement based on industry insights.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2years) working in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous optimization and improvement.
- Certifications in relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
