**Job Title: Paid Media Executive SEM (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)**

As a Paid Media Executive specializing in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement effective strategies for Google and Facebook accounts to meet client objectives.

**Campaign Execution**:Execute tests, analyze data, and identify trends to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Track, report, and analyze website analytics along with PPC initiatives, providing insights to stakeholders.

**Budget Management**

Monitor and manage campaign expenses, ensure adherence to budget constraints, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile any discrepancies.

**Optimization**: Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance.

**Keyword Management**:Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Competitor Analysis**: Research and analyze competitor advertising links to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

**Facebook & Google Ads Optimization**: Constantly refine and optimize campaigns on both Facebook and Google Ads platforms for improved results.
