The Secretary will assist in managing schedules, coordinating activities, handling correspondence, and performing other administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Assist in managing the daily administrative activities, including organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Organize, prioritise, and manage incoming requests and tasks for the manager or team.
- Maintain and update calendars for the assigned manager or team.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, ensuring that all participants are informed of the time, location
- Coordinate activities between departments, agency, clients, or external vendors.
- Organize and maintain the documents and records.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, or conferences.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Check the car's daily status and annual services.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience
- **Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
