We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Personal Secretary to manage day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all business activities.

As the Personal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and operational tasks necessary for the efficient management of the company. You will work closely with company executives, providing high-level support in various business and personal matters.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedule, including meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, presentations, and other business materials as required.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transport.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all business and personal matters.
- Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies.
- Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Personal Errands: Provide support in personal tasks as needed, including personal appointments, and other errands.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as a personal secretary or executive assistant, preferably in a corporate or pharmaceutical environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
