Personal Secretary to Director

The Personal Secretary will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the executive, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communication, and office tasks. The role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare summaries/action points.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
- Prepare expense reports, bills, and handle petty cash if required.
- Maintain effective filing systems and record management.
- Support in organizing events, conferences, and official gatherings.
- Perform any other administrative or personal tasks as required by the executive.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Travel for 10 Days with Female Director once in amonth for 10 Days
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration/Secretarial Studies).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant.
- Experience in handling senior-level executives will be an advantage.
