**Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the combined role of Stenographer and Personal Secretary. In this role, you will provide stenographic services during meetings, dictation, and conferences, while also handling a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks to ensure smooth daily operations for the assigned executive(s).

**Responsibilities**:

- **Stenography**:

- Take dictation using shorthand or stenotype machine.
- Transcribe dictated materials accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines.
- Proofread and edited transcripts for clarity and accuracy.
- **Personal Secretary Duties**:

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the executive(s).
- Arrange travel and meetings.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Maintain filing systems (physical or digital) for efficient document retrieval.
- Order office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other **Administration office **duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in stenographic software (if applicable).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discreet and professional demeanor.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Personal Secretary or **Executive Assistant**.
- Bilingualism (English and Hindi is a plus).
