The Junior Payroll Associate will support the Payroll Manager in processing employee reimbursements, handling Full & Final settlements, addressing payroll-related inquiries and grievances from employees, and preparing payroll for employees in Middle East countries

**Key responsibilities**
- Process Full & Final settlements of employees
- Process employee reimbursements, advance payments, allowances, and vacation pay
- Attend/ reply and take action on employee queries
- Prepare weekly payment sheets twice a week
- Enter/Upload all the data in the Oracle HRMS system
- Make amendments/changes in the HRMS systems wherever necessary as per the department heads’/stakeholders’ comment
- Run all the reports as required and attending to audit queries as and when they arise
- Adhere to local statutory compliances
- Comply with SLA (Service Level Agreement)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- Experience of 1-2 years in Payroll operations
- Familiar with preparing payroll for at least 1000 employees, attending their queries and responsible in transferring the salary in a timely manner
- Experience working with Middle East Payroll preferred
- Worked in an ERP environment, preferably Oracle HRMS
- Good Accounting knowledge
- Good English communication skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Self-driven
- Self-learner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
