Ensuring Registration of all Vehicles : Develop and maintain registration websites using online software. Manage registration processes including entering/modifying registration data, producing reports and registration lists
- Ensuring Document Completion for Registration at the time delivery Receive and start files for customers, critically reviewing the content and details,

scanning documents, entering data and payments.
- Coordinate with Customers Relationship and Sales team Ability to effectively solve problems, think creatively ,make decisions and take action. Relationship building skills and exercising independent judgment
- Receive RC form Authority Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude and ensuring quality and consistent output Stock Management and up keeping To organize and monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency. To be reliable, with a stable track record in inventory management and employee relations.
- Coordinate with Sales Head and Delivery In-charge Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels. Update detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current Stock.Develop plans for purchasing.
- Developing and suggesting new auto insurance policies to meet the changing and varying needs of (prospective) clients
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and service and keep relative records and followup.
- Ensuring the complaints of clients are properly looked into and addressed effectively Maintaining the loyalty of clients to meet new and existing clients at 100%
- Initiating and implementing plans that will make 100% customer retention for every year.
- Assisting with the renewal of other insurance companies policies.
- Reports daily-Fresh lead and Renewal Lead follow-up, Paying slip and payment details generation report Monthly Report-Fresh and renewal policies. Extended warranty punching 100%.
