**Event Strategy & Execution Lead**
An accomplished Event Management professional is sought after to spearhead the development and delivery of high-profile events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event planning, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex events.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, translating client briefs into compelling event concepts and strategies.
- Develop creative presentations, mood boards, and strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients.
- Maintain detailed project schedules and relevant documents to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Work closely with Operations Teams to prepare budgets, manage client approvals, and ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Coordinate with Finance Teams to ensure invoicing, vendor registration, payment terms, etc., are aligned.
- Guide and oversee junior team members' work, ensuring company standards of delivery before submitting for review.
- Regularly report project updates to Senior Management.
- Conduct post-event analysis/reports to share with Senior Management.
