  • Oversee vendor selection and management to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor event logistics and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
