**Job Overview**: We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the scientific manuscript publication process.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase throughput and reduce publication timelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize workflows.
  • Maintain scientific rigor and editorial excellence across all published content.
  • Identify new journal sections or special issues in response to emerging research trends.

**Requirements:*

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in life sciences.
  • 10+ years of experience in academic, scientific publishing or edtech content production.
  • 7+ years of proven management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
