**PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

As a Pre-Sales Representative in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the property buying or investment process.

**RESPONSIBITITIES:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and source potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, cold calls, and marketing campaigns.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their real estate goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of the properties and real estate services offered by the company, including property types, locations, pricing, and financing options.
- **Information Sharing**: Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on available properties, market trends, legal and financial considerations, and any other relevant details to help them make informed decisions
- **Data Management**: Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, including contact information, preferences, and interactions, using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, real estate agents, and other departments to ensure a smooth handover of leads and facilitate the sales process.
- **Follow-Up**: Continuously follow up with leads to build and maintain relationships, address concerns, and track progress throughout the decision-making process.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
