**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Manager with a passion for real estate to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively managing pre-sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement pre-sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase available real estate offerings.
- Negotiate terms of sale, draft proposals, and manage the contract process to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to inform decision-making.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
