**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Telecaller to join our real estate team. As a Pre-Sales Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our real estate offerings. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Telecalling**: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and establish initial contact.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess the needs and preferences of prospective clients, qualifying them based on specific criteria.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's real estate offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
