**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and professional **Pre-Sales Executive** to join our real estate team. In this role, you will assist potential clients through the initial stages of the buying process, focusing on providing essential information, answering inquiries, and nurturing leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team. Your primary goal will be to support the sales team in converting leads into successful sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Qualification**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing customer needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Provide customers with preliminary property information to help them make informed decisions.
- **Customer Consultation**:

- Conduct property presentations and virtual tours (if applicable) to educate potential clients about available real estate options.
- Assist customers in identifying properties that meet their requirements, such as location, price range, amenities, and investment goals.
- Address questions or concerns and provide clear, accurate, and compelling information.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on market trends, pricing, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to stay updated and provide accurate information to leads.
- Maintain and track real-time data on leads and sales, ensuring timely follow-up and updates.
- **Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads, ensuring that the potential buyers are fully prepared for the next stage of the sales process.
- Provide input to marketing teams on customer feedback and market demand, assisting in crafting marketing strategies.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for clients.
- Support in the preparation of required documentation for clients, such as agreements, brochures, and other property details.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
- Provide excellent customer service and establish trust, which may lead to future sales opportunities and referrals.
- **Property Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on all current listings, property details, and any changes in the availability of real estate.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of various projects, such as residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, to prospective clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a pre-sales, sales, or customer-facing role in the real estate sector is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Fluent english is mandatory.**:

- Telecalling in real estate plot & commercial property sales.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
