We are dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients globally. We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic **Fresher Online Bidding Executive **to join our growing team.

As a **Fresher Online Bidding Executive**, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through **online bidding platforms like** **Upwork, Freelancer, and others**. You will work closely with our sales and project management teams to acquire projects and build relationships with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Understand client requirements and craft compelling proposals to secure projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and handle client inquiries efficiently.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, web development, and software development.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
