**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Relationship Officer (CA)** to drive the acquisition of **New-to-Bank liability relationships (Current Accounts, Deposits & HNI Clients)** and provide exceptional service to strengthen these relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify potential customer catchment areas and generate leads through field sales, networking, and marketing activities
Engage with potential clients to understand their banking needs and recommend suitable products

Ensure seamless account opening with accurate document verification and compliance
Educate customers on product features, charges, and documentation requirements
Maintain continuous follow-up with customers to enhance engagement and offer cross-selling opportunities
Build strong customer relationships to generate future business referrals
Maintain daily sales reports and align with the sales team on targets and strategies

**Experience**: 1 - 4 years in field sales roles (Banking, Insurance, Credit Cards, Pharma, Telecom, Consumer Durables)
**Skills**: Strong sales acumen, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and resilience in a target-driven environment
**Education**: Graduate in any discipline
**Languages**: Fluency in English & regional language required
**Tech Skills**: Basic MS Office knowledge
