Scope of the Role
- Responsible for Current Account sourcing for bank
- Should have to deal with Business Clients for opening new accounts, process transactions, and resolve any issues they may have.
- Will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing customer accounts.
- Provide a range of current account services to customers
- Open and maintain current accounts for customers
- Provide advice and guidance on current account services
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
- Should have experience in sales from any industry like Bank, Payment companies like Paytm,GooglePay, or online companies like Quickr, Software sales etc.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in sales
