Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns. Follow up on customer complaints and issues to ensure resolution. 2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with existing clients by understanding their needs. Upsell and cross-sell the company’s products and services. Participate in market research to identify potential business leads. 3. Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with onboarding processes. Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and processed. 4. Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient service to clients by addressing inquiries and providing solutions. Ensure timely and accurate communication of product updates, changes, or news that affects clients. 5. Account Management: Monitor clients’ accounts to ensure optimal usage of services/products. Prepare reports on client interactions, account activity, and potential risks. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and improve overall service levels.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹29,500.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
