Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Provide product information**: Assist customers with detailed product information, order status, and basic technical support.
- **Troubleshoot and resolve issues**: Identify customer problems or complaints, and offer effective solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.
- **Document interactions**: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in our customer support system.
- **Maintain customer satisfaction**: Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues have been resolved and their expectations are met.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Work closely with other departments (such as Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Continuous improvement**: Stay informed about product updates and best practices to improve your knowledge and deliver a better customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer support, call center, or retail is preferred but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and friendly manner.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to identify issues and provide clear, effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Empathy and Patience**: Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using customer support tools, CRM software, and basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and maintain focus under pressure.
- **Team Player**: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
