Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Ø **Executive is eligible for attendance bonus of 8K (2K a month) for every 4 months in a year.**

Ø **Executive is eligible for Rs 1000 / 750 /500 per a month as a quality incentive.**
- Languages**:English and Hindi mandatory**
- Shift: Rotational Day Shift.

Shifts starting from 9:00am to 7:30pm (girls) and 10:30am to 9:30pm (boys) 9 hrs working including 1hr break.
- Location: HSR Layout ( Bangalore )
- Joining: Immediately

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product or service-related issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and provide additional assistance if needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and process orders

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- skills in English and Hindi are a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
