We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our night shift team, supporting one of the worlds leading airlines Delta Airlines. In this role, you will assist passengers with a variety of travel-related services and ensure a seamless experience by resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls to assist passengers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and disruptions quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Flight Information: Provide timely and accurate updates on flight schedules, delays, gate changes, and cancellations.
- Policy Explanation: Clearly explain Deltas policies regarding baggage, ticketing, refunds, seating, and travel documentation.
- Crisis Assistance: Offer dependable support during emergencies or disruptions (e.g., weather issues, delays), providing optimal solutions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with departments such as Reservations, Baggage, and Operations to address complex queries.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in the system.
- Feedback Collection: Capture customer feedback and share insights with the management team to drive service improvements.
- Ongoing Learning: Stay current on Deltas offerings, updates, and policies to provide relevant and precise information.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 13 years in a customer service role; prior experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred.
- Communication:* Excellent verbal and written English communication with a friendly, clear tone.
- Problem-Solving:* Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues calmly and efficiently.
- Customer Orientation:* Passionate about delivering outstanding service and improving passenger eperiences.
- Tech-Savvy Comfortable working with CRM systems, online booking tools, and airline-specific software.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage high-pressure scenarios and adapt to fast-changing conditions.
- Multitasking:* Efficient at handling multiple queries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility:* Willing to work during night shifts, holidays, and high-demand periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the travel or airline industry
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
- Familiarity with Delta Airlines systems and services
- Graduation is mandatory
