International Customer Service Representative

**Job Title**: International Customer Support Executive
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer issues and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product Support**: Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers with product usage, features, and technical troubleshooting.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing high-quality service and exceeding their expectations.
- **Escalation Management**: When necessary, escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in international customer support or related roles (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle international customer queries professionally and empathetically.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- **Working Hours**: Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support global customers.
**Compensation**:
- **Salary**: ₹3 LPA - ₹4.5 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.
