**Position Title**: Franchise Coordinator
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Franchisee Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Provide guidance and assistance to franchisees regarding operational procedures, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular check-ins and visits to franchise locations to assess performance, offer feedback, and provide support.
- **Compliance and Standards**:
- Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards, policies, and regulations set forth by the franchisor.
- Conduct audits and inspections of franchise locations to assess adherence to quality standards, cleanliness, and operational protocols.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate franchisees and their staff on brand standards and best practices.
- **Communication and Reporting**:
- Facilitate effective communication between the franchisor and franchisees, conveying updates, initiatives, and feedback.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on franchise performance, including sales data, financial metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the franchisor organization to align strategies and initiatives with franchisee needs.
- **Expansion and Development**:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new franchisees, providing them with comprehensive training and support.
- Identify opportunities for franchise expansion and development, conducting market research and analysis to assess potential locations.
- Collaborate with the franchisor's marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support franchise growth.
- **Conflict Resolution**:
- Address conflicts and disputes between franchisees and the franchisor, facilitating resolution through mediation and negotiation.
- Serve as a liaison between franchisees and the franchisor's legal team, providing documentation and support as needed for legal matters.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
