**Position**: Inside Sales Executive - PCD Department
**Department**: Pharmaceutical Sales (PCD)
**Qualification**: B. Pharma
**Experience**: 0 - 1 Year
**Location**: Mohali
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote PCD pharma products to distributors and clients.
- Convert leads into sales through product knowledge and relationship building.
- Share product catalogs, price lists, and promotional offers with potential franchise partners.
- Maintain and update customer database, follow up with interested clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team for timely order processing.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, pricing, and delivery.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharma products (training will be provided).
- Eager to learn and grow within the PCD pharma business model.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
