Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Industry: Pharmaceutical & Healthcare (Medicine & Medical Equipment Sales)

Location: Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibility**
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company to convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales records and customer interactions.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any Stream
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales.
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
