
Inside Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
You must have a proven track record in achieving high sales targets (₹10 Lakhs/month or above), excellent communication skills, and the hunger to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets of ₹10 Lakhs+.
- Consult and guide customers with the right medical equipment based on their needs.
- Use CRM (Zoho) to manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups effectively.
- Coordinate with delivery & support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Upsell accessories, AMC plans, and other value-added services.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in Inside Sales, preferably in B2C healthcare, insurance, or D2C sectors.
- Must have consistently closed monthly sales worth ₹7-10 Lakhs or more.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and closing techniques.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like **Zoho CRM**, Excel/Google Sheets.
