AVI Global Plast is one of India’s leading providers of PET and PVC sheets with vertically integrated capabilities in thermoformed blisters, clamshells, containers, punnets and tray packaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing incoming guest
- Travel arrangements for internal team
- Incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Hospitality Management.
- Any other administrative work as directed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages/couriers.
- Assist with inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and products and understanding the requirement and communicated to sales in a prescribed format.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients and internal staff.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls.
- Compile and update contact lists.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
