**what is CRED?**

here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join us.

**what will you do?**:

- manage day to day operations with partners across new product implementations including closing legal agreements or documentation with partners, tracking new project implementations etc.
- take care of recon and invoicing for payment gateway and banking costs
- ensure that the bank or PG are delivering invoices on time & ensure invoices are reconciled leveraging support of the analytics team, and the finance team makes payments on time
- develop cordial relationships with stakeholders across BD, Ops and product teams in these financial institutions in order to deliver value to CRED
- be updated about the latest innovations & regulations that impacts CRED’s business
- collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across teams including platform, product, business finance, design, technology, etc, in order to ensure smooth execution of projects as and when required
- assist product, platform and operations teams in removing bottlenecks related to product development, deployment and operational challenges on a BAU basis, by leveraging influence with the relevant stakeholders of the banks
- possess 2 to 3 years of experience in financial institutions in a product or a product led relationship management role or payment gateways managing financial or payment product implementations or project management
- have a proven track record in delivering outcomes in an external stakeholder management and operations role
- possess a strong bias for action with a long-term vision & has a keen interest in the world of banking and payments
- have prior project management skills to be able to meticulously track initiatives, campaigns and programs across different stakeholders
