**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Reach out to prospective clients to introduce products or services, understand their needs and requirements, and educate them about the value proposition and benefits of the offerings.
- **Consultative Selling**: Conduct needs assessments and consultative selling discussions with clients to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals, and recommend solutions that meet their needs and address their business objectives.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and online meetings to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of the products or services and address any questions or concerns raised by clients.
- **Quoting and Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales agreements to clients, outlining pricing, terms, and conditions, and negotiating terms to close sales and secure business.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system, and manage the sales pipeline to track progress, prioritize leads, and forecast revenue.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers to foster trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor strategies, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure sales effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies, share market insights, and drive collective efforts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and influence buying decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer success.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
