**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven **Inside Sales Executive** to join our luxury home décor sales team in Bangalore. This role involves engaging with walk-in clients, following up on leads, presenting our premium product range, and ensuring a seamless customer experience that drives sales conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, recommendations, and pricing information.
- Follow up on leads generated via online platforms, referrals, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and transactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer interests and project needs.
- Support showroom merchandising and upkeep of displays.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Confidence in handling client interactions and closing sales.
- Basic knowledge of interiors, luxury products, or lifestyle retail.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Attributes**
- 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, furnishings, interiors, or real estate sales.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
- Presentable, articulate, and target-driven personality.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

**Compensation & Schedule**
- **Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives
- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- **Location**: Celes’tile Showroom, Sy. No. 68/3, Sulikunte Village, Sarjapur Main Road, Dommasandra Post, Bangalore - Sarjapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka
