**Job Description**:

- **At least 12 months experience in Language coaching on the floor, covering phonetics, places and manner of articulation, grammar coaching including all elements of speech tree, US and UK culture sensitization training, etc.**

**Skills Required-**

2+ Years of related work experience.
Proven work experience on Soft skill training/ Behavioural training/ V&A Training, or Training Facilitator
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with other teams, clients and cross functional teams.**Job Duties & Responsibilities-**
- Transaction monitoring, provide coaching & feedback to team along with a weekly reporting, reviewing performance and preparing participants score sheets, arrange for follow-up training, or report back following training sessions
- Provide timely & constructive feedback and is able to build rapport and create a safe zone for the audience
- Experience of conducting Training Need Analysis & Customized Learning Design
- Able to steer the program towards intended objectives and provide feedback to the audience, should be able to translate pointers from debrief into simple takeaways in slides
- Identifying the training needs across levels & conducting Refresher Training for the employees to improve productivity.
- Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up
