  • Training the new hires on Voice & Accent concepts
  • Coach the associates on call attributes
  • Provide feedback and coaching for the associates on the floor
  • Communicate using a neutral accent and excellent command over the language.
  • Good knowledge on concepts of Voice & Accent
  • Fair knowledge on American Culture
  • Should have experience taking calls-International
  • Knowledge on call attributes/Call coaching and call monitoring.

The Profile

  • You have working knowledge of Trainer, VNA, Voice and accent, Soft skill, US process and Versant And Accent tainer
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
