Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 10 months  (strong BPO knowledge may also apply)

Salary: As per market standards (Up to ₹50,000 per month)

Working Days/Timings: Rotational Shifts (6:00 AM – 1:30 AM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled
Voice & Accent and Digital Trainers

to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of BPO processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    Voice & Accent training sessions

for new hires and existing employees.
- Deliver
Digital training modules

to enhance communication and customer interaction skills.
- Assess and evaluate trainees' progress through regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Design and update training content to meet industry standards and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth training execution.
- Support employees in adapting to
customer-centric communication practices

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and training schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

Minimum 10 months of training experience (BPO/Voice Process background preferred).
- Qualification:

Strong knowledge of
BPO industry, processes, and customer interaction standards

.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
- Flexibility to work in
rotational shifts

.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to adapt to dynamic training needs.
- Cab facility available
