**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions to improve voice modulation, pronunciation, grammar, and accent neutralization.
- Design and deliver customized voice and accent training programs based on individual and team requirements.
- Assess trainees’ communication abilities through pre
- and post-training evaluations.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring to participants for continuous improvement.
- Develop and utilize role-plays, real-life scenarios, and other interactive techniques to create an engaging learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in communication training and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- Prepare training reports and maintain detailed records of trainees’ progress.
- Collaborate with team leads and HR to identify training needs and areas of improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of phonetics, diction, and language nuances.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage participants of varying skill levels.
- Certification in Voice & Accent Training or similar credentials is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,194.98 - ₹40,451.16 per month
