**1. Role Objective**:
To drive revenue growth by identifying and converting potential customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s range of electronic products and solutions.

**2. Key Responsibilities**:a. **Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and visit potential clients (dealers, OEMs, distributors, industries).
- Promote electronic components/products (e.g., PCBs, power supplies, sensors, controllers).
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

b. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical support and timely follow-ups.
- Handle client complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

c. **Market Intelligence**
- Collect data on competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Share feedback with the marketing and product teams.

d. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, client meetings, and order status.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Follow CRM or ERP processes for lead tracking and sales funnel management.

**3. Product & Domain Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of the company’s electronics product line.
- Ability to read datasheets and explain product features and specifications.

**4. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)**:

- Sales Revenue Achievement
- New Client Acquisition
- Repeat Order Ratio
- Customer Feedback Score
- Lead Conversion Rate
- On-time Reporting & Documentation

**5. Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Technical aptitude (preferably diploma/degree in Electronics)
- Time and territory management
- Self-motivated and target-driven

**6. Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B/B2C electronics sales (freshers with strong interest can be considered)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
