**Role Description**

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting in product/service selection. The role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any order-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating the cause, identifying solutions, and following through to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales or Technical Support, to resolve complex customer issues or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system accurately.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or processes.
- Provide after-sales support by tracking shipments, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
