Roles and Responsibilities

**1. Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management,

scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies,

equipment, and maintenance.

- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, records, and documents.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the management of confidential documents and information.

**4. Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between senior executives and other team members.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

**5. Travel and Expense Management**:

- Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and logistics for executives and visitors.

**6. Office Support**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage office security procedures, including access control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or office administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
