Card Marketing Delivery and Execution Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The New Initiative and Control Execution (NICE) Marketing Delivery Associate will provide support for meeting the requirements of numerous controls, while partnering with a cross-functional team, inclusive of representatives from Compliance, Legal, Risk and other key stakeholders to ensure we maintain a robust control environment. This position sits within the Marketing Growth & Innovation (MG&I) organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job responsibilities
- You will be responsible for administration and management activities associated with collaboration tools and shared spaces (i.e. SharePoint, Shared drives, etc.)
- You will support governance activities aligned to firmwide requirements related to User Tools and Intelligent Solutions (i.e. inventory management, classification, etc.)
- You will be responsible for oversight and enforcement of CCB processes, including system access control
- You will support periodic meetings with key stakeholders within the assigned process(s) in the MG&I NICE team to obtain and share progress updates, and discuss other key areas of focus
- You will also be responsible for creating communications/slides for senior leadership that provide updates as required
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings that include an agenda, meeting minutes and general meeting etiquette
- Possess strong written communication skills

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of Operations, Marketing, Controls and/or Compliance experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Business Management or similar discipline not required but preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft products with an extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience preferred
- Be results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong relationship skills and ability to lead through strong collaboration
- Demonstrate customer-obsession by leading with the voice of the customer
- Have the ability to promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
