Product Delivery Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As an Associate Project Manager within Consumer & Community Banking in the Card Lending Product team, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Product Owner, Partner Products and Scrum Teams to build project plan and track delivery to support the Area Product. You will partner with the product teams to develop, customize, design, execute project plan that will deliver products that meet customer expectations and result in realizing the planned business value. You will be key to drive product initiatives and will make sure all programs are on track and delivered successfully.

Job responsibilities
- Establish key project milestones inclusive of product discovery, design, build, UAT and production implementation (go-to market) activities
- Drive project execution of product initiatives ,Coordinate and manage open action items
- Maintain an ongoing repository of key project artifacts
- Identify and resolve key project risks, issues and impediments utilizing agreed upon escalation frameworks and mitigation tactics
- Create transparent and accurate project plan schedules and updates on project status; socialize plans and updates with all relevant stakeholders
- Identify, coordinate, sequence and manage dependencies. Help remove impediments for the team which includes facilitating elaboration sessions, helping to secure resources, etc. In partnership with the product owner manage constraints throughout the project - Time, Scope & Quality

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 5+ years of project management experience and Agile Experience.
- Deep understanding of project management techniques, principles, and best practices
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to define and map key project deliverables and milestones
- Experience in defining and building out cross-functional engagement models
- Capable of adjusting and reacting to evolving business priorities Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Familiarity with credit card lending products
- Ability to be coached and accept, understand and implement feedback received
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, Confluence, JIRA
- Bachelor degree preferred
