**Job Summary**:
Dr Sheth’s Skin & Hair Clinics is looking for a versatile and motivated individual to fill the dual role of Marketing Associate & Operations Executive. In this unique position, you will be responsible for supporting both the marketing and operational functions of our clinics. As a Marketing Associate, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, while as an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the clinics while assisting the Operations Manager.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing Associate Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing agency.
- Develop and curate content for various marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance for optimization.

**2. Operations Executive Responsibilities**:

- Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, report preparation, and document organization.
- Act as a liaison between the Operations Manager and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract valuable insights and collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships, including obtaining quotes and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

**Skills Required**:
**1. Marketing Associate Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.

**2. Operations Executive Skills**:

- Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace apps, MIS, and other relevant software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions collaboratively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Work Hours**:10 a.m.6 p.m. Monday - Saturday, except official holidays.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
